KS STS317L stainless steel pipe is an austenitic stainless steel based on molybdenum. It offers greater resistance to chemical corrosion than conventional chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steels such as alloy 304. KS STS317L stainless steel pipe has excellent resistance to oxidation and has a low scale generation rate at temperatures up to 1600-1650°F (871-899°C) in normal atmospheres.
